Describe your family dynamic of your childhood vs. your family dynamic now.
Both were/are great. Both had are have their challenges. Both have helped shape who I am today. Both are so valuable to me. One big thing to be mindful of is where my childhood family dynamic was my past, my current family dynamic is my present and future and for that, I am excited and humbled by the significant opportunity/responsibility I have to try to make my children’s childhood even better than my own.
