Once I have the baby and begin my maternity leave, we are going to begin doing joblists, just like when I was little.  In the meantime though, the kids do a pretty good job of helping out with chores.  I wish they wouldn't make the messes to begin with, but I guess this is a good compromise!  Jordan's specialty is slipping under the couches and getting any toys that have been exiled there.  This is his specialty because he's the only one small enough to do it! 

 JD's specialty is sweeping, and it always has been-he is so good at it!  He knows he has to get the vaccum and clean up the pile after he is done too.

 Karianna's specialty is anything I ask her-she is a pro at cleaning.  The other day she voluntarily organized all the toy bins, a job I hate and a job that takes me hours (which is why I won't do it until after I stop working).  Her specialty today was magic erasing the walls.  Such a good helper!
