This year was probably the easiest year for making Pinewood Derby cars-mostly because the boys did it. I finally relinquished control! The only thing I did was write Zoom on Jordan's because he said his hand was shaking. Otherwise, they did the planning, designing, and painting, and I think they turned out AMAZING! Jared showed them how to put the wheels on and they stood around weighing them in with me to see how many coins we needed to add. It was such a blast, and I can't wait until actual derby day to see how they do!
